Dennis is regarded as a highly hands-on and accessible chief executive who takes pride in always being there for his employees and his customers. Mike Gallegos

Mike Gallegos is highly regarded for his unique approach to attaining growth, deploying innovative financial strategies, and building robust cultures within leading FinTech, Healthcare, and Manufacturing companies throughout Southern California.
Mike recently joined McKenna Labs, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, bringing along a rich set of financial and operational leadership qualities to the organization. In this role, Mike is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions for McKenna as well as partnering with Operations, Sales, and Business Development to support the company's comprehensive fiscal objectives.
Mike's career spans over 20 years with various multinational enterprises. He has traveled the globe partnering with both financial and manufacturing teams, participating in acquisitions and integrations, banking, and refinancing. Mike comes to McKenna with substantial expertise and a strong passion for developing dedicated teams that are focused on continuous improvement through empowerment, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Lyle Perrigo

Lyle Perrigo is a visionary leader and seasoned executive with extensive experience building organizations and delivering value. Along with Personal Care, Lyle has led organizations and strategic projects in Aerospace, Medical Device, Adhesives, Paint and Coatings, Electronics, and Energy companies in the United States and Europe.
Lyle joined McKenna Labs in 2019. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2020 and now leads the Operations, Supply Chain, and Information Technology organizations. Prior to joining McKenna Labs, Lyle had over 25 years of experience in operations consulting and leadership roles in manufacturing, warehouse operations, tactical and strategic procurement, transportation, and information technology. This included companies ranging in size from startups to multi-billion dollar, multi-national companies.
Beginning with his service in the U.S. military Lyle developed a philosophy of service first, and he encourages his organization to find ways to say yes to customers. He believes strongly that creating a positive, growth-oriented work environment builds true teamwork and a sustainable, customer-focused company.
Lana Tennant

Lana Tennant’s over twenty-year career in the personal care industry has evolved into her specialty areas of Business and Product Development, and Sales. As the Senior Vice-President of Sales for McKenna Labs, Lana manages brands for skin, hair and body care, interacting with customers and customer-support driven areas of the company. Lana brings to her position a wide range of national and global experience on both the senior management level with several leading personal care laboratories and manufacturers, as well as a respected educator within her field for sales, education, ingredient knowledge and marketing seminars.
